After the success of our first release of our handcrafted London dry gin, we are excited to announce another limited supply of gin released to be purchased online on our Westies’ store or at our September Centenary Lunch.
For those who haven’t yet experienced the luxury of the Westholme Centenary Craft Gin, we can only describe it as the perfect summer drink, with bright notes of lime and grapefruit and hints of fresh rosemary and basil, transporting you to the Mediterranean with the very first sip. This has been carefully crafted in collaboration with Brindle Distillery, run by the family of OW Liz Long, who ventured on to be part of various incredible productions, including being part of the cast of Les Misérables on the West End, and has since returned to share her passion with current students as a LAMDA teacher at the school.
Why not try our perfect serve recipe, with just 4 ingredients to refresh you during the warmer weather:
Our Perfect Serve: (serves 1)
Ingredients:
50ml Westholme Centenary Crafty Gin
200ml Premium Indian Tonic
Slice of Lime
Basil leaves
Method:
Fill a gin glass with ice. Pour in 50ml of Westholme Centenary Craft Gin, then top with 200ml of Premium Indian Tonic. Stir with your garnish of basil leaves and a slice of lime. Sit, relax and enjoy.
